Product Review Period

Except for perishable items, items with a short shelf life (close to expiry upon return/cancellation), customized products, current newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, unsealed audio or video products, computer software, game point cards, other prepaid cards, unsealed personal hygiene products, etc., which are not eligible for the 7-day review period according to the "Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal for Distance Sales" guidelines, you have a 7-day product review period from the time the product arrives in your hands (including holidays).

Return Instructions

The returned product must be unused and without damage caused by human factors. The 7-day review period is for you to consider and confirm whether the product meets your needs, not for trial use. If prompted by our store, please keep the original packaging intact (including the outer packaging box), otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

Situations Where Returns Are Not Accepted:

Exceeding the 7-day product review period.
Product has been unsealed, used, or damaged due to human factors, such as stains, malfunction, damage, wear, scratches, or dirt.
Returned product packaging is damaged or incomplete, or invoice/accessories are missing.
Malicious or excessive returns.

Return Process

Contact customer service → Confirm eligibility for return → Prepare complete product and invoice → Provide collection time, contact information, and address → The logistics company commissioned by us will collect the product.

Refund Instructions

Credit Card Payment: Once the return is successfully processed, the amount will be refunded directly to the original credit card account.

Cash on Delivery: Once the return is successfully processed, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
